1. This Regulation applies to the removal, transport and disposal of snow. It also applies to storage and handling centres for road salt and abrasives used for winter road maintenance to the extent provided for in Chapter III.
It applies in a reserved area and in an agricultural zone established under the Act respecting the preservation of agricultural land and agricultural activities (chapter P-41.1).
